What a survey does
A survey plan describes the land: boundaries, location and size. It answers the question of which piece of earth is being discussed.
What a Deed of Assignment does
A Deed of Assignment is part of how interest in that land is transferred from one party to another. It does not replace a survey, and a survey does not replace a deed.
Why both still matter
Buyers in Warri and across Delta State should treat both as complementary. Official land services in Delta State include title related processes; Celdric is not the final legal authority on those processes.
